At By Enso, the safety and well-being of our team is of the utmost importance. To maintain a secure working environment, we have implemented the following measures:

General Safety Measures

  • No Cash Policy: Our team members do not carry large sums of cash during their assignments.
  • Equipment Security: All professional equipment is either securely locked or personally supervised at all times to prevent theft or misuse.
  • Self-Defense Training: Each team member receives regular self-defense training to ensure they are prepared to handle challenging situations confidently and safely.
  • Personal Safety Measures: Our team members are equipped with appropriate self-defense tools and are authorized to utilize them responsibly in circumstances where personal safety is compromised.

Personal Health Policy

By Enso team members strictly follow the CDC guidelines for prevention of the spread of COVID-19 to protect from any contagious illness. If you or your client has recently tested positive for COVID-19 or other contagious illness, please notify us immediately. The photoshoot will either be rescheduled or arranged using a lockbox.

  • Face Coverings: Will be used if legally required or at the comfort level of the By Enso team member. compliance with local and federal policies for photographers and all individuals present during appointments.
  • Lockboxes: Recommended to minimize exposure.
  • Social Distancing: Practiced consistently according to local and federal policies.

Failure to comply with our Health policy may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Weather Safety

In the event of hazardous weather conditions, our team reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or cancel services as deemed necessary to ensure everyone’s safety. Please monitor weather conditions ahead of your appointment and communicate any concerns promptly.

Facilities and Restroom Use

Clients must provide access to restroom facilities during extended appointments. Please inform our team in advance of available amenities.

Zero Tolerance Policy

By Enso maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse, discrimination, harassment, or threatening behavior towards our team. Any intentional or negligent violations will result in immediate termination of services. Our team will promptly leave the property under such circumstances, and no refunds will be issued.
